Inna Yesilevskaya

Inna graduated from the Kazan Theatre School and performed at the Ivanovo Regional Theatre and the Saratov Academic Theatre in Russia. In 2001, Inna immigrated to the United States with her family. In New York, she has performed in multiple seasons at the Steps Theatre and is a leading actress at the Rustem Galich Theatre of Poetry and Music. She also frequently collaborates with the TRAKT Theatre, where her credits include Raskolnikov and the Pawnbroker by E. Reznik, Cherti-chto based on the works of T. Williams and A. Chekhov, and L'Intruse by M. Maeterlinck.

In 2016, Inna wrote and staged a one-woman show based on Alexander Pushkin’s The Tale of the Fisherman and the Goldfish, performing it at numerous venues both in the U.S. and abroad. With PM Theatre, Ms. Yesilevskaya took part in The Singing Windmills, based on the play by Roman Freud, and has also starred in several film productions. Her performances at the Metropolitan Opera include The Nose, Boris Godunov, Lulu, Anna Bolena, Roberto Devereux, Norma, Agrippina, and others.

Inna considers her role in Five Evenings, based on A. Volodin’s play, an opportunity to collaborate with beloved colleagues and bring a legendary work to life with renewed relevance for today’s audiences.
