Vitaly Umansky

Vitaly Umansky is an artist and educator with a BFA in Illustration and an MS Ed in Childhood and Early Childhood Education. Born in Ukraine and raised in Israel, he brings a diverse cultural background to his work. Alongside his occasional theatrical engagements, Vitaly continues to work part-time as an art instructor at a habitation facility for individuals with special needs, a role for which he received the Ability Through Arts Award.

In addition to exhibiting his artwork and accepting commissions for paintings and murals, he has recently expanded his portfolio to include theatrical design. His work has been featured in productions such as The Singing Windmills, Operation Refrigeration, The Green Carriage, and A Star Without a Name.
